Game-day rotation for youth soccer coaches. Decision support, not autopilot. squadrotate.com
Question for anyone who's coached a full season: how many minutes of your week went to lineup work, honestly? Not the games. The part before them.

Plenty of rec teams rotate the coaching too. Whoever can make it Saturday runs the bench.
Which means the record has to live somewhere other than one person's head, or it doesn't really exist.

"Fair playing time" means different things depending on who you ask. Equal minutes, or the position your kid actually wants.
Coaches answer differently. Parents answer faster. A tool that picks one definition and enforces it is solving somebody else's problem.

Board turnover is the quiet operational risk in rec sports. One person knows the permit history, the referee contacts, which age groups always run short. Then they term out.
How does your org hand that over? Genuinely asking, because most answers I get are "we don't."

Built a small pipeline for our social imagery. An image model draws the scene under strict no-text rules, then the brand band and wordmark get composited from the real exported files. Image models still misspell things, so the letters are never theirs to draw.

A parent never experiences your rotation system. They experience one number, which is how long their kid stood on the sideline.
Everything else is bookkeeping that either supports that number or doesn't.
