All of these cases are basically litmus tests for any Dem nominee. Are immigrants Americans? Do trans Americans deserve human rights? Are corporations superhumans who get to spend endlessly on elections to put whoever they want into power? These are simple questions with simple answers.

I spent two hours yesterday at Delaney Hall in Newark where 700 detainees are being held by ICE. What I saw and heard was horrific: worm-infested food and no access to medical care. Many of the detainees were lawful visa holders.
This is not America. This is unacceptable, and it has to stop now.

He “resigned”. No explanation. No accountability. No apology. His personnel file doesn’t even mention the cases.
Police departments shouldn’t be in the business of shielding corrupt officers.
