I made roast beef for dinner tonight. It was my first time using a sirloin tip roast. It came out really good. I might carve it a little differently next time but it was still pretty tender 🤤

I've never had curry before, let alone cooked it from scratch. I whipped this together completely on a whim using what I had on hand. It's amazing.
