And that lack of adherence always lead to an abandonment of those healthier, food, lifestyle and fitness habits, which leads to poorer health outcomes in body and brain, return of lacking physical capacity, excess body fat, poor metabolic health et cetera.

Proper adherence to good enough habits, over any unit of time ( months, years and decades ) always work.
August 28, 2026 at 12:18 PM
Big focus on pointless changes ( majoring in minors ) while overlooking meaningful big pillar changes that actually make up for 90% of lifetime progress.
August 28, 2026 at 12:18 PM
Many also lack consistent tracking of things that matter. This lack of proper input always leads to slow, or no progress at all, and therefore, no long-term habit changes.

2. They lack the reminders & external cue to take action.

There is a void of bad & conflicting information.

Unhelpful emotional & cognitive environment ( Public mentality of "fitness doesnt work, you will regain lost fat, you could never be that strong, you are born to be fat", et cetera ).

1. For many there's an insufficient reason to take action & improve their habits. The cost of inaction isn’t bad enough to overcome their inertia, despite already wanting that change.

This is very common in many fresh clients & the general public. They are still stuck in the "Wish-I-could" phase.

This fundamental reality leaves us with the following.

Weekly exercise and daily physical activity are the biggest pillars, and the most powerful habits for improving health and quality of life. Yet there are some potential downsides if you overdo it.
July 22, 2026 at 2:18 PM
All big pillars feed each other, make it work in your favor.

Proper habits are carved from the very flesh of your life puzzle. You & your coach have to learn how to navigate that unique map that is you, & your lifestyle. Your personal goals, your wants, and your do-or-die needs.
July 22, 2026 at 2:18 PM
Simply put. Scheduled Habits Require Scheduled Recovery & Nutrition too.

Training hard enough isn’t just good, it’s essential if you truly want to tap into the best possible trajectory of progression available to you.
July 22, 2026 at 2:18 PM
Acute injuries and excessive wear and tear are constant obstacles that all elite athletes, as well as hard-training but non-competitive fitness enthusiasts, have to learn how to navigate.
July 22, 2026 at 2:18 PM
When you train hard, however, you alwahs have to navigate the price & capacity of recovery.

Because the massive amount of people that does not train at all, or hard enough, doesn’t change that some people overdo it.
