Unsurprising people are irritated. Cyclists are not responsible for the bad behaviour of other cyclists any more than drivers are. But they do feel exasperated by the endless ‘othering’ & media attacks on a mode that is incredibly low risk, in the context of 29,000 annual UK motor vehicle casualties
