Trans rights is inherently a bodily autonomy issue. Just like abortion rights is. We can't have gender equity or reproductive freedom without trans rights. Full stop.

Thousands of immigrants did the hard, dirty work of clearing rubble and toxic dust and debris from Ground Zero. Many were undocumented laborers sent to work every day with no special PPE, and got cancer as a result. Now some of those same people are living in fear of ICE.

There are approximately 15 trans athletes this applies to.
In K-12, the number of trans girls in sports is five.
In college the number is fewer than ten, according to the NCAA President.
West Virginia passed a law which SCOTUS upheld in June to keep ONE trans girl in WV from playing sports.

As a parent of a trans kiddo - medical care for trans care is clear, has medical recommendations, and does not need you sticking your nose into the business.

As a parent of a trans kiddo - medical care for trans care is clear, has medical recommendations, and does not need you sticking your nose into the business.

EXACTLY THIS. Ugh this world being ran by bigoted assh0les is so tiring. I'm a parent of a trans child and step parent to another. Politicians have no business regulating things they don't even begin to understand, especially true when it's related to human bodies and well-being.
