Also, I'm starting to think that private for-profit health insurance should be banned when M4A is implemented. Otherwise conservatives and health insurance companies will constantly be working to degrade the public system.

I think most of these people know they're lying. I wonder what it does to a person's soul to get up day after day and promote these horrible, destructive lies. And for what? For status? Career advancement? Political advantage? It seems genuinely pathological.

Meanwhile, within what's now the Republican Party, people like Rove who were party icons just a few years ago are now pariahs. People like Rove, Dick Cheney, Bill Krystol, etc. were considered far right wing, bordering on extremism, but now they almost seem like moderates by comparison.

Worse than corruption, a deal with an enemy of the US for the benefit of a dictator prosecuting a murderous and illegal invasion, and Trump's own cronies. And another betrayal of Ukraine and our NATO allies. Everyone involved should be prosecuted for treason.
