In all 48 states we looked at and DC, the scores for overall care run from 3.79 to 4.33. When it comes to billing, the rare five-star reviews aren't about price. They describe a clear cost, a correct bill, one phone call instead of five.

Agreed, it's less a flaw than a trade-off built into the instrument. A visit that was clinically fine but 'failed to listen' having no category is the real challenge we're helping to overcome.
