This makes me crazy angry. As a parent and Aunt with loved ones in the community I cannot understand the grief they are inflicting on a beleaguered minority.

I've always been captivated by the "Freedom" sculpture on Vine St., of a figure breaking free of a wall in 4 stages, with the final figure on the sidewalk, arms outstretched and faced lifted. I think it makes our city more interesting, which is the most any of us who love Philly can hope to do. 🧵1/3

One of my cats has what my wife and I affectionately refer to as a "broken meower," because he doesn't meow so much as... harshly squawk. And I like making his meow noise back at him.
My fear is that if an afterlife exists I will meet him and he will go IT WAS A SPEECH IMPEDIMENT ASSHOLE
