I understand. And that is an area where I cant claim any knowledge. But I will hope for tiny breaks and for things to get better over time now that you are armed with the info at least.

That was one of my biggest challenges when I moved down south. Basically no break except for the rare times they went up to see mom for a week or 2. Even now, when they are all young adults, it is still always in my head that I should be home for them. Pls find ways for some you time!

Ill add the wonderful "no doctors listen to a person that is overweight". I can go in with "I have a sinus infection" & have to go through a good half hour of "yes, I do realize that a better HDL level would be good for my blood pressure and overall health..any chance you can check my sinuses now?"

I have thought a good bit about what my eventual lay off post will look like. Right now Im leaning towards thanking all the great people who helped me all these years that were also laid off at some point. There are certainly enough of them.
