Rain. Rain. Rain. Wind. Ugh.

Time for some long dry, sunny days in Edmonton.

Heavy rain in Sherwood Park early this afternoon - these roads were flowing very fast with at least 5-6” of water. #YEG #ShPk #YEGWX #thesummerofendlessrain

Bohemian Waxwings were feeding on fruit trees in East Edmonton this morning. These beauties will head north soon and the Cedar Waxwings will arrive from the south. #albertabirds #birdwatching #yeg #nature

Heavy smoke from a fire between Edmonton and Sherwood Park today. Appliances at a recycling centre are burning, according to the County of Strathcona - fire is under control. Heavy smoke was drifting NE towards Fort Saskatchewan. #yeg #fire #strathconacounty

Fun day at the ball park! The Edmonton Riverhawks survived a near-disastrous 9th inning and defeated Victoria 8-7 to advance to the championship series. Be there Tuesday - RE/MAX Field, and kids tickets are only $2!! #yeg #edmriverhawks #edmonton

Huge shout out to the Canadian Snowbirds for treating downtown Edmonton to 20 minutes of ‘just-because’ formation flying this afternoon. Lawn chairs lined the valley for this aerial treat. #yeg #snowbirds #edmonton #aviation

Such a beautiful spring evening in Edmonton last night. This is Hermitage Park in east Edmonton.

My first butterfly of spring here in central Alberta - a bright spot in the day worth sharing. This is a Green Comma, which I didn’t know until today (also known as a Faunus Anglewing).

Loved last nights concert in Edmonton with Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats. What a show - that guy’s energy and his music were just what I needed.

I heard that this temporary re-branding in honour of our hockey hero will be gone soon, so I had to see this in person. Crazy that this iconic chain would agree to this rebranding, but very cool. (It’s one of the busiest locations in Canada, too - on Calgary Trail!) #edmonton #yeg #nhl #LetsGoOilers

Whistle went but not sure that really was offside. Would have been a great chance. #TeamCanada

It’s always special to be recognized by your peers. Today at our annual awards banquet, I was presented with this unexpected surprise. #yeg #realestate #realtorlife #remax

It’s already been a very busy spring market—and it’s not even spring yet. 😎It’s a great time to be a seller in Edmonton, but there is a lot to consider. Buying? Could be a bit more intense! Either way - I know the value of having a great realtor there with advice and support every step of the way.

Gorgeous morning with clients west of Edmonton today! The winter season has been a bit slow to arrive this year but the hoar frost is a sure sign that we are getting close. #yeg #alberta #canadian #landscape #winter

Very excited about a hot new real estate listing in SE Edmonton - hitting the market tomorrow. Details coming soon! #yeg #yegrealestate #edmontonrealestate #homesforsale #realtorlife

It is very strange to see blooming canola fields in Alberta in mid-November. Yes, nice to have a delayed start to heavy snow and cold, but this has been an unusually warm and extended fall. #alberta #weather
