I air-fried a couple of breaded chicken patties and a couple of hash brown patties for lunch today. Nutritional garbage, but emotional satisfaction.

🖖🏻 I've been a Star Trek fan all my life, and I've loved all forms of it from the Original Series to Starfleet Academy.

I did an inventory of my drawers. I had 4 pairs of shorts to donate, because when shorts-wearing season comes around again they will be way too big for me.
Happily, some of the motorcycle gear I'm currently too big for should fit nicely in the next riding season!

I'm surprised they don't make it illegal for cars to have tinted driver and front passenger windows. As a motorcyclist, it is much safer for me to navigate intersections when I can see the eyes of the driver who may leap out in front of me.

One of the worst things about being on a GLP-1 medication is the REFLUX you get if you eat too late in the day.
I was asleep for about 90 minutes before the reflux got me, and all you can really do is stand up or sit up straight until it goes away, which can be hours.
