This. I'm down 50ish on Zepbound, the office is like 65, and it's absolutely awful.
One of the weird side effects from dropping ~57 lbs on Mounjaro that I didn't expect is how freaking cold I get. It's only in the 60s in the morning right now and I'm in a hoodie. This used to be shorts and tshirt weather for me.

The most unexpected parts of going on a strict gluten free diet for celiac disease is that food feels satiating and I don’t snack much between meals because the food noise is gone. I had to be on Wegovy, and then Zepbound, to achieve this before. It’s great, but it feels so strange!

I was in the ER yesterday getting "unbound". So humiliated. The Zepbound has given me no issues but (1)
