I remember my very first submission at the University of East Anglia. Had not attended a single lecture (spent most of the the time in the Union bar) attended 2 seminars and submitted my paper. Word count and all. Failed that bitch but I still did it.
Kids today have lost the fine art of bullshitting a 10 page paper from a single Funk & Wagnalls entry or from reading only the CliffsNotes. 🤣
