I maintain he should have won Strade Bianche 2023. His suspicious political leaning and poor tactical capabilities made him less likeable over the years, but I will forever remember Marion Rousse's gasp when he started sprinting for the win at RVV 2022

Watched my first stage of this year's Giro today and I've learned two things:
- The race is losing its aura because of poor/silly stage designs, and no regard for the riders themselves;
- Paul Penhoët is no longer a sprinter. Incapable of holding a teammate's wheel in the bunch.
It's over.

Really baffled by MvdP still willing to work with Pog. Remco coming back is good for him, he's his only change to bridge back to Pog after the last OK/Paterberg. Unless he's already accepted defeat.

The yearly objectification of women by E3 organisers is a reminder of the same process of dehumanisation by the same country to wreck parts of Africa, which have yet to recover. It's all part of the same patriarchal/colonial logic. Disgusting.
imagine if the e3 saxo classic could ever promote their race normally, because what does a naked woman have to do with this. i know they're known for “controversial" posters but their continuation of this is so boring now.

That was a pitch perfect stage design in Tirreno, not the first time this year. Kudos to the organisers, brilliant racing.
