My lightbulb moment for needing to lose weight came when I threw a pair of knickers from the top of the stairs towards the wash basket at the bottom of the stairs and they 'parachute floated' the final couple of feet.

When I get a water bill, I ignore the first one so they send a second asking to pay within ten days. I then wait until the tenth day and pay, so they've already processed another letter. It's the smallest win possible until we revolt and line the criminal CEOs against a wall.
