Private schools don’t have to accept to students with disabilities. Yet, barring them while accepting public funds…I’m unsure how this isn’t a civil rights violation. 1) it’s technically public funding. 2) most students with disabilities benefit from inclusion.

I’d say it’s fine to be steeped in whatever media you like — first ammendment and all. However, you can do that and your job at the same time, which in this case is to follow the constitution. If you can’t, then you have been corrupted.

I am always for this. Schools are sometimes the only guaranteed meal(s) in a child’s day and week. Kids in the richest country should never go hungry.

Well, the chairman certainly isn’t. I consider oversight hearings to be the equivalent of a performance review. If you (grasses) can’t acknowledge the work someone has done without flat out lying and trashing someone else, you have got nothing.

The place responsible for one thing — delivering mail, & is already grossly incompetent at it, puts in place a policy that makes them even more incompetent. It takes two days to get mail within the same town because of where it’s processed. This effects paying bills, sending cards, etc.
