This is a picture of the sun. It's taken through a solar grade neutral filter, and set for the standard sunlight white balance. So the sun is white. Anything else is a misrepresentation. Don't believe big nursery rhyme. It's not a golden sun.

both are homemade, but one takes twice as long, and is so worth it.

I haven't taken the time this season to make a proper eggnog with the whites and yolks separated then folded. until now. the difference is amazing.

1 egg, separated
1/2 oz plain syrup for egg whites
1 oz maple syrup for yolks
1 and 1/2 oz almond milk
1 and 1/2 oz bourbon.
