So geeked about my newest manuscript, I can’t stop making graphics and capcut videos for it!
If you like the dark atmospheric prose of One Dark Window and the fantasy frontier setting of The Undertaking of Hart and Mercy, but with the heart-pounding survival stakes of Yellowstone spin-off 1883, you’ll love my dark romantic fantasy, Warlock of the West. #amquerying #publishing #romantasy

Do you know an editor at a publishing house who would melt for this unique blend of dark fantasy, western grit, and desperate romance? In light of a recent auction of a book with similar themes and readership, I am betting there are editors out there hungry for this book! Please share! #publishing

#manuscriptwishlist #mswl I want sci-fi with the same spacefarers-as-seafarers feel as the best Star Trek series. Master and Commander but in space. Drama on the bridge. Mutiny in the lower decks. Emotions (mostly) repressed because the chain of command doesn't allow for them.

Tucked away in a room beside the protection booth of this beautifully-preserved 1940s theatre is a radio station on the brink of reaching wider audiences as they enter their internet era. Today, I was invited to sit down and discuss my newest project, Warlock of the West, and its cinematic playlist.

Do you hear the people sing?
Singing the song of angry men
It is the music of a people
Who will not be slaves again!
When the beating of your heart
Echoes the beating of the drums
There is a life about to start
When tomorrow comes!
Singing the song of angry men
It is the music of a people
Who will not be slaves again!
When the beating of your heart
Echoes the beating of the drums
There is a life about to start
When tomorrow comes!

Trekked through the forest to Deadwater Fell this afternoon, pursued by mist which eventually overtook us, and everything went unnaturally silent.
Up on the moortop the shelter had been dramatically flattened, & dark towering shapes loomed out of the haze.
9/10 folk horror vibes. Would recommend.
