Howdy. I just found this lost dog in Benicia on First street and G street. After searching for an hour for it's honor I stopped by a local vet hospital. The dog is chipped but it's not registered! Luckily, the Benicia PD helped me out and they have it now and contacted the Vallejo Humane Society.
