Alleen in de vraag hoe komen we er vanaf.

Its true and I should do this more
If people are posting less, or fewer are posting, try following more people to fill your timeline up. It's highly unlikely that you already followed all the people you will like. Repost more. Recommend people to others more. Also over follow as this helps others find their people.

From looking at my wife's work as teacher, getting people to do the work is the core skill of the job. Every other aspect is somehow related to that.

A machine that fights against that, has to have truly amazing other properties to compensate

I know it is classified up the ass so we will never know, but I want to know how L3Harris was, with just $1B or so, able to make a 747 into a VC-45 in about a year when Boeing is taking how long to do the job? Was it just "drop all the features" or is it "Boeing is incompetent and milking it"?

De langverwachte Noord-Koreaanse grondwetswijziging is doorgevoerd. En deze is ingrijpend. Dit zijn de belangrijkste wijzigingen:

1. NK geeft ambitie hereniging met ZK helemaal op.
2. grondgebied NK wordt gedefinieerd (met enige uitzonderingen) als huidig grondgebied

People can be extremely skeptical of images that do not match their expectations and worldviews, while at the same time abandoning all skepticism when images confirm their preconceived ideas. The problem may therefore lie less in disinformation and more in the erosion of a shared reality

We hebben konijnen overgenomen... ik weet nog niet zo goed hoe het werkt. Willen ze speelgoed? Is het erg als de een de ander opjaagt? Hoe moet je ze tillen?

Ze lijken verder wel tevreden

There is a simple reason why China is in the stronger position compared to the US in this trade war: It is much easier to create demand domestically in the short run than it is to rebuild the workshop of the world.

Books I read this year! All highly recommended:

Whispering Wood by Sharon Shinn (fantasy, the latest installment in her Elemental Blessings series)

A Necessary Chaos by Brent Lambert (an excellent SF thriller/romance)

The Water Outlaws by S.L Huang (I put this on all my award ballots)

As thinking at work about simple regulations vs flexible ones. I had a project where we spent a fortune to meet a fairly arbitrary emission number. An almost identical machine was just below the limit, so nothing was needed.

This felt wasteful, suboptimal, a problem caused by overly sinple rules.
