It looks like Donald Trump may be costing Republicans a seat in Iowa, a state he carried by 13.2 points in 2024. If Trump's costing Republicans 13.2 point Republican states, it's going to a disaster for Republicans in November.

Trucker at the bar last night told me his gas costs have gone up bc of the war. Tariffs have depressed freight loads. Worse, AI trucking may replace his job. I told him "Trump has a poll on whether we should rename AI to Superior Intelligence." He said "Sir, thank you Trump Sir" and burst out crying

it's awesome that we built our entire economy around a million roads and highways and now diesel is becoming extremely expensive. not prioritizing trains or renewable energy for the past few decades is awesome and rules actually. the american century of humiliation is only beginning
