Yes. Absolutely. Antitrust would work if we just used it.
BUT.
The "AI" industry will NOT leave behind useful infrastructure the way railroad monopolies did. Most of the data centres will never be built, and all of the active GPUs will not even be worth selling off.

I'm not suggesting that this will save the day, but indications that at least some people on both sides are interested in at least managing the risk a major crisis precipitated by AI is a positive development.
