ICE is purposefully trying to make it harder for lawyers and loved ones to contact people held in detention, making it nearly impossible for some people to challenge their removals.

A DoorDash driver did not pose a threat when we was shot in the back by ICE goons. They then refused to render aid and so a local police officer had to intervene and find the bullet hole.
The bullet is still in his back after a day & they didn't give him medication for the pain.

On Sep 11 in Alamo, Texas, Luis Ochoa and another teen stopped to film ICE agents during a vehicle stop near a school. Agents pulled one from their car, struck him, used pepper spray, and detained them for 8 hrs even after they proved their citizenship, one ICE agent stating, 'I don’t give a damn.'
