After @gillianbrockell.com reported that ICE was violating a court order to stop third-country removals, a lawsuit cited her reporting and a judge, agreeing with the case, demanded that ICE not move a detainee to send them to a third country.

Hours after the decision came down, flight data shows an ICE charter jet landed in two known third-country removal “host” countries in Africa, while another appeared to be heading toward the continent, raising the possibility that other immigrants may have been or are about to be removed unlawfully.
