Unless the expensive models are much better, which they aren't, everyone is going to use the cheaper, smaller, specialized, open source models. If so, they'll be a only a tiny business in selling models and at least x1/4 the size business in selling compute and hardware.

I really hope AI doesn’t ruin it. Japan has excellent ones as well but unlike the Chinese it’s because they can’t be arsed to try. English is more decoration then communication.
