This new CNN piece by @jechristensen23.bsky.social has good, up-to-date info on plague: www.cnn.com/2026/10/08/h.... A good start if you need to catch up. Remember: plague's global distribution has already been well-known. There is no evidence that anything about the disease has changed recently.
