The Trump administration suspended Microsoft and other technology firms from a program allowing H-1B visa holders to seek U.S. green cards, Vice President JD Vance said.

In a political system where companies can be gouged for unlimited cash, inconsistent application of the law is a powerful financial opportunity.
At some point some of these companies might realize they are better off under a predictable and impartial legal system rather than a personalist one.
