GT bid listed the Sandy Hook families as a "partner." Prior to receiving the bid, trustee had no idea SHFs would be involved.

Auctioneer might have had discussions with GT and/or SHFs, I missed that testimony, but trustee did not.

(Because at that point the minority creditors get the full share of the initial cash bid, and the SHFs get their end on the back end. More payments, more value to creditors.
There IS a problem here. If this is true, and it gives the SHFs a disproportionate share of the cash in the end...
