Very happy with my first attempt at making sourdough ciabatta rolls (adpated from Maurizio Leo). The crumb is beautifully open and airy with a satisfyingly chewy crust. I used a blend of white and wholewheat regenerative flours to add some rustic character. #BreadSky

The nave of Canterbury Cathedral for #Stunday.

Founded in 597AD, the cathedral was rebuilt between 1070 and 1077, with further modifications and extensions being made until the late 14th century.
