Platypuses hunt underwater (their bills detect the electricity given off by their preys' muscles), and cram the food into cheek-pouches, then come to the surface to chew it up.

Rock hyraxes have miniature tusk-like incisors (they are related to elephants), which come in handy for scratching those itches.

Platypuses' bills can sense the electrical impulses running through the nerves of their prey - they move their bills like metal-detectors to hunt. They are one of the world's only electro-receptive #mammals.

A #platypus gets so carried away with scratching that she rolls off her rock. She's itching mainly where her milk patches and her milk glands (which spread up round onto their backs) are, so I suspect she is lactating.
