Speaking of inspirations for Berserk, finally started reading Tezuka’s Dororo (saw the movie forever ago) only to realize how much Miura borrowed from this as well, kid thief Dororo into Isidro (“Ishidoro” in the Japanese), the constant haunting/pursuit of Hyakkimaru/Guts. I didn’t know until now!

Hostias, que las lámparas de piedra de los templos japoneses se llaman "ishidoro" (石灯篭). En realidad se pronunciaría más bien "ishidooroo", pero que la realidad no nos estropee un buen post. Mariposa se dice choochoo y te vas a reír igualmente.
