So, activating the green cones ALONE without activation from others produces a totally novel experience! Subjects described sensing an intensely saturated teal color, which I would take to be the "pure" green cone experience without being mixed with the other signals. Image from the linked article.

OK, here the definitive answer about that shoe.The colors are: #839692 (a grayish turquoise) for the body and #99d2cb (a less grayish turquoise) for the laces. The pure color they are nearest is #00ffcc; bright turquoise.
