If one had maybe broken a rib from coughing too hard…
There’s no point seeing a doctor if the cough is improving, right? Like they just do an xray & say… yeah. It’s broken. No contact sports it’ll heal in 6-12weeks.

Big step towards my mental health: I started online therapy for 12weeks. It was bit different than I thought, mostly independent sessions and therapist calls ones a week if I understood correctly. But I try my best to stick to it 💪😤
