Hi new followers, I haven't been super active on this account but I plan to be more active. Currently working on a site builder for PierMesh along with WebRTC signalling and potentially speeding up communications at shorter ranges with Halow (~2 km/1mbps compared to up to 331 km/1kbps with LoRa)

chrome can do 1kbps if you add a custom preset, but it obviously won't look this smooth (it wouldn't in the real world either, as data is usually loaded in larger chunks)

I really wonder how practical it is to make a really long range digital broadcast system. Just sending text back and forth. Maybe encrypted or signed, idk
I have no idea how big the throughput would be, I imagine anything going at 1kbps would be more than enough?

There seemed to be a major issue with Vodafone. Downdetector was reporting it. I couldn't get on anything. Getting 1kbps download speeds at home.

I use QoS to bandwidth shape my Echo Show to 1Kbps, then Adguard Home to block ads, then just use it as a big clock, I don't even use Amazon's assistant anymore since I have access to Gemini on my phone...
