I saw the Buddha in the stone

The heritage from the old capital city of Chenla is still visible in the Kampong Thom area.

Like the art of great stonework. It is still kept in high regard in the modern day just south of city.

Photo shows a man in a stony dust cloud working on a stone sculpture with a machine tool. It is a sunny day, and the sun plays with the contrasts inside the stone dust. Around the cloud and in the background, there are some sculptures in different modes near finish. To the left there is some large trees, and far in the background there is a low building. A red fridge box is visible in the shadows under the trees.
