It's actually less than that! But if you can run a 30A circuit, you'll be able to have 24A charging is which is 5.7 kW (or 5kW even if you're in a building large enough to have 208V three-phase).
Honestly outside of supercommuters or huge electric trucks, 5kW charging is excellent.

Looks like IKEA Richmond has some big Electric Fleet plans! This in addition to their current offering on the customer side, where they give 2H free EV charging 24A@208V, $5/h after.

i don't know anything about server rack design (just a little about resi electrical), but i'd think any power supply that works on 208V should be fine with split-phase 240V. just swap your dryer outlet with a NEMA L6-30P or whatever receptacle your PDU needs and you're golden, only need to pull 23A

My girlfriend has found some creative wiring in her 1950s expanded in the 1980s house in the US including a circuit reversing polarity at an outlet and an electric baseboard heater in a former porch that only had two wires connected despite being labeled as 240v/208v
