The term "high powered rifle" is being thrown around a lot in the media today. Unless it's a .22LR, its not a low powered rifle. But if it were a .22LR, the media would never say "low powered rifle."
Sensationalism has a role in Kirk's death. Perhaps, media should lower the temp. Just say rifle.

⬇️ We gave the Elephant team 4,000 22LR cartridges for training young shooters, 21,380 UAH and 4,500 cartridges for smooth-bore weapons, so that guys and girls can shoot down drones, 92,000 UAH!!!

I don't have a gun at the moment but I have fired them in the past. Still thinking I'm just gonna get some kind of passable 22LR because my main concern is not stopping power but I think plinking targets is neat.
