AEW should lean into being its own thing.
Shine a spotlight on the women. Promote and support Black, Indigenous, 2SLGTBQIA+, etc performers without tokenizing them. Focus on being the best AEW it can be instead of worrying about what WWE is doing
Build its audience without trying to skip the work.
