Then Belenna into human and Klingon. Her human half was pretty listless.

Theres a Voyager episode when someone gets locked out of their body. ( chakotay? Tuvok? ) & OS series where that chic makes Kirk a ghost and takes his body

it's distressing to have 2halves of you coexist where 1 wants to become important to ppl so you can feel like your existence has some value outside of the inherent value ppl love to tell you abt & the other doesn't want to become important to ppl bc what do you do if you just fail at being important
