Better idea is to treat them as civil servants-no second jobs, no receiving donations &no 2ndhomes, subsidised by the taxpayer. Accommodation should be provided for MPs eg in a flat with all mod cons. No extra expenses allowed. Would save a fortune and improve behaviours & grifting!
