Map from here. And apparently per a comment there the E border is due north from ~leadville so we can stay with the Platte. Actually there might need to be some tunnelling, or just heavy cutting, between Wolcott and Bond parallelling existing hwy 131 old.reddit.com/r/gis/commen...
