Yeah it’s 400AGL in class G airspace and they have to transmit identifiers ( weirdly / annoyingly not ADS-B ) which apparently a lot are not doing

I wonder if anyone has generated a map of US secondary radar blindspots / minimum altitude for secondary radar returns.

I think there's a lot of places that are above 400agl and totally invisible in terms of 1090ES ADS-B coverage
