for reference your dose/concentration equates to 1.2mg ev
standard monotherapy dose is 4mg/5days, which at your concentration would be 0.2ml
though personally i actually tend to recommend 3mg/4days (0.15ml) for valerate, its more hassle to have to inject more often but it gets more stable levels

Like we had the vague “prepare 4days food/water etc” message but the reason given was climate change then global conflicts.
I do understand that it’s a difficult msg to deliver as a leader due to the effects it could have but we can’t put it off very much longer imo.
