Unter anderem sinkt die Zahl der Leute im (fast) Burnout und damit die Zeit, die man leer auf den Bildschirm starrt.
Eine gut eingeführte 4DWW gibt außerdem, meiner Meinung nach, Raum neu zu definieren, welche Aufgaben denn wirklich wert sind erledigt zu werden - und welche nicht.

I hope everyone just had a great 3 day weekend after a short 4 day workweek. Amazingly the world didn’t end, the economy didn’t shutdown, there isn’t anarchy in the streets. Normalize a permanent 4 day workweek immediately.

it was honestly really tough, because when i took on the work i had to make it 100% clear that it would not affect my day job, so this was entirely fridays (we have 4dww at ko_op), some weekends, some evenings
but it was a joy to be creative and make art again :)))) yay

Despite those efforts, management is not willing to set the 4DWW as our working hours norm. If and when they expand our hours, they are not willing to provide us compensation for our additional labor. They are moving on wages, but have not yet met our demand for a livable salary minimum.
