To my knowledge, there are no "national emergency" authorities which would permit the US military to be used for "mass deportations." Last time, he invoked a specific emergency authority to unlock military construction funding.

The ACoE is not anywhere near as big as it was a thousand years ago when it was just the Church of the East and most Christians on earth belonged to it while the Roman Catholic Church was a relative backwater

Mar Sargis was Chicago's primary ACOE parish until 1980, when the much larger Mar Gewargis Church was consecrated at the former Sixteenth Church of Christ, Scientist in Rogers Park and became the new ACOE Bishopric for the region. The Mar Gewargis Cathedral was the home parish for Mar Awa III.
