Given that you have to set up ADFS if you want to use it with on-prem Windows Servers, it's entirely accurate.

There was a Priority 0 (you sleep on a bench at the office) issue escalated up to executives at Microsoft by our executives of critical intermittent unreproducible ADFS failures. Goes for 5 days.

for uni I am working on a proposal for a disaster recovery project (after a tsunami). The more I learn about disaster recovery the more psychic damage I take from my time in the ADFs laughable Reconstruction Task Force in Afghanistan. A genuinely amateur-hour fiasco that was doomed to failure.
