Isn't the 1st time some foods are prohibited #EBT purchases for #SNAP clients. And the "no cooked foods" thing assumes even the poorest have an equipped kitchen. Decades ago my kids and I, in deep poverty, did not. #ADayattheFare What are your thoughts about the new bans? apnews.com/article/snap...

Writing and Calling Congress is important. When writing, try to add a personal story that relates, like health care issues, child care, safety of our country, etc. keep it civil, even if the senator/rep is, well, a [insert appropriate term here]. When calling keep it simple - one or two things. 🧵👇
