**Abstract:** Current furniture arrangement planning relies heavily on manual design and simplistic optimization algorithms, leading to inefficient spatial utilization and limited adaptability to dynamic user needs. This paper introduces a novel framework for Automated Furniture Arrangement Optimization (AFAO) leveraging Hierarchical Reinforcement Learning (HRL) and a multi-layered evaluation pipeline. AFAO dynamically adapts room layouts based on real-time sensor data, user preferences, and predicted activity patterns, optimizing for space utilization, accessibility, and aesthetic quality.
