Yep. I've already got COPD & 'minor' cardiac blips. What I feel sounds like AFib as Kareem Abdul Jabar describes on his commercial. The autoimmune hemolytic anemia we treated causes similar symptoms, and we're adding a rheumatologist to try to figure out underlying causation. I tell ya.... 🤨

I left later than everyone and took two trains and Uber by myself. I almost didn't go because my blood pressure was spiking and I kept going into AFib which is a drag and extremely scary. Then I said "fuck it" and got myself together and went. We just got home now & I'm exhausted, good night.

Might have broke myself today. Unseasonably hot today, around 60 miles my HR blew up. Seems an AFIB attack. Was aiming for 100 miles but fell just short. Not going to beat myself up about it. I have to learn how to live with AFIB 😊
